In the exclusive Residence "Las Palmeras" we rent apartments and villas with one, two living rooms with services. Availability to rent a Penthouse with beutifull sea view terrace.
The Residence, which is italian managed,  offers a swimming pool with the use of sunbeds, a poolside bar where you can taste the local drinks and exotic fruit smoothies,  weekly  barbeque dinner of fresh fish, meat and local dishes.
All rents are inclusive of consumption, daily house keeping and use of local mobile phone .

Prices vary depending on length of stay.
- A day from            $ 80.00
- A week from         $ 490.00
- A month from       $ 850.00

Breakfast is available at the bar or in the room for 7,00 usd daily 0830/0930.

Possibility All Inclusive Meal Plan from 1200/2100 with the use of Hotel Hamaca pemises, just besides our Residencial  including lunch/dinner, drinks, beach, gymn, access to Spa..cost per person 99,00 usd per day minimum 2 person occupying apartment.

We propose from this year 's an exclusive room bed and breakfast formula at the complex next door "Las Estrella" consists of 32 detached villas with swimming pool and use of the barbeque on the terrace.
-The daily cost is $ 40.00 per person minimum 2 persons including breakfast Dominican style
  with fresh fruit and / or smoothies, coffee, croissant, or any special breakfasts on request.

Tours of  Santo Domingo on day and night, to the Island of Saona, Catalina Island and to other sites to visit  the beautiful beaches nearby, are organized every week. See section Tours.

The beautiful beach of Boca Chica is a 10 minute walk from the Residence where you can have a agreements for the use of sunbed and enjoy a Pina Colada with 150 pesos,
Las Palmeras also has an agreement with the most exclusive club in Santo Domingo "Boca Marina" where there is free access to sunbeds, the same is located 50 meters from the residence with a wonderful platform on the Caribbean Sea.

Once arrived at the Residence is possible to take all the trips to this beautiful island. There are group excursions scheduled weekly  and private excursions opportunities. Our tours will take you to the discovery of Santo Domingo, the Colonial City, visit the home of Columbus and the discovery of several beutifill places like island of Saona and Catalina Island.

All Inclusive Day Pass Hotel Hamaca just besides our residencial. Valid from 1200 to 2100 and includes: lunch/dinner all drinks, beach premises, gymnasium, access to Spa. Cost 65,00 usd per person.
